Returns:
We will not accept returns due to the hygienic nature of products. All our products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason. 

Exchanges:
If the item for some reason arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number, photos of the damaged items and the name of the product. Only then we may be able to exchange the product for a new one if the stock is available. Please contact us!

I need to cancel my order, how can I do that?
Unfortunately you can't cancel orders once placed. All our orders are final sale.

I received the wrong item, what do I do?
You must contact us within 3 days after delivery date to be suitable for an exchange. If you contact us after this 3 days we won't be able to offer you an exchange.
